Nazzi Esfandiary joined the staff in 1995 when the firm, then the House of Lamps, specialized in lamps and shades. Her instinct for pairing these proved extraordinary, and the following year she became assistant manager. As the firm expanded its product line and services, Nazzi extended her expertise to every element of lighting design and style. “My passion is for home decoration, and nothing in a home is as important as the right light, which brings everything alive.” To assure lighting correct in placement, wattage, color, and style, Nazzi provides in-home consultation. A native of Iran, she is fluent in Farsi.

Elizabeth Calderon, an interior design professional for nearly 20 years, devotes herself to satisfying every type of residential lighting need. Her Interior Design college major gives her an understanding of design principles and how to draft and interpret blueprints, letting her know where and how much light is needed for safety, functionality, and desired ambiance throughout a home. Conversant with all styles, from traditional to contemporary, Elizabeth sees her job as “making sure my customers have the correct amount of light, the correct style, and quality products for installation” and “helping them save money on their purchases.” Her expertise has earned her certification from the American Lighting Association as a Lighting Specialist.
